Jugar Pokémon con 78,000 Personas es Frustrantemente Divertido

Hace algunos días atrás, se abrió un canal de Twitch desde donde se transmite un juego de Pokémon (Red/Blue). Quizás esto no tendría nada de particular para la naturaleza de Twitch, excepto que el juego se controla desde los comandos que ingresan los usuarios en la ventana de chat.


El sistema es bien sencillo y a la vez que ingenioso: los up, down, left, right, a y b hacen que el entrenador se mueva. Como era de esperarse, la gente se ha volcado en masa al canal a "jugar" Pokémon, por lo que el avance es bastante lento y por momentos hasta caótico. Pero de que se avanza, se avanza.

Más de 90 mil usuarios juegan Pokémon al mismo tiempo

Esto es lo que está sucediendo con el videojuego Pokémon, donde miles de personas juegan la misma partida. Hasta el momento se ha registrado picos de 90 mil usuarios.
Pasar algunas horas con un videojuego puede ser un pasatiempo divertido, sin embargo, cuando miles de personas controlan al mismo personaje puede ser caótico.
