Pokémon Number #719 Diancie has been revealed today by the magazine CoroCoro.
The new Pokémon will also star in an upcoming Pokémon movie which still has to receive an official English name. A rough translation of the Japanese name reads “Cocoon of Destruction & Diancie”.
Diancie is a new rock/fairy type that will be introduced soon in the latest Pokémon games, Pokémon X & Y. It’s still not known how at the moment but we’ll keep you updated as soon as something new emerges in the matter.
Pokémon X & Y are probably the best entries of the series. While the games will feel familiar to veterans of the series as soon as the games are started, there’s enough new contents that keeps things fresh and intriguing. The new third person camera view also helps bringing the new region to life.
