It seems that gamers should not take the rumors they have been hearing about the new mega evolutions of Latias and Latios lightly as a user of YouTube has shown us evidence of the said Pokemon. We have been hearing about these Pokemon for some time now but no one has actually seen them. Nintendo hasn't announced them yet but now they are on video it surely can only be a matter of time.
Now gamers have an idea of the base stats of the Mega Latias and Latios this will give them a good idea of the power increases. It seems that the stat changes of Mega Latios will be 80/130/100/160/120/110 and Mega Latias to 80/100/120/140/150/110. This differs from the changes that were rumored but it would have been too much to have such an overpowered Mega Latias.
The design of the characters is not that drastic from the original as the mega evolutions will gain a couple of limbs on each of their wings that look a lot like engines. They will keep the same patterns and colors, and the Latios we have seen in the video does look different as he is shiny.
Mega Latios and Latias are not the only legendary Pokemon to be hidden in Pokemon X & Y. A hacker has seen Diancie, Hoopa and Volcanion. Nintendo recently announced Diancie and the Rock and Fairy type is said to have a movie special, with the Pokemon Company pulling out all the stops when revealing it.
